Thank you for your interest in PCM. In order for us to expedite the quoting process, please provide us with as much of the following information as possible.

• A comprehensive Bill of Materials for the desired assembly – please include, where possible: part information with manufacturers’ name, part number and part description – indicate any parts that are customer supplied. Also, please indicate whether substitute equivalent parts are acceptable. Information should be supplied in an Excel file format if possible.

• Any available CAD or PDF Files – PCM is equipped to work in any common CAD format.

• Test Procedures and Specifications – Is test equipment to be supplied or do we build?

• Gerber Files and any available assembly drawings.

• References to any specific Standards to be met.

• X – Y placement data for SMT parts if available.

• Conformal Coating requirements.

• Any special tooling, packaging or labeling requirements.
